Weatherization
Help Families and the Environment at the Same Time
The Low Income Weatherization Program was mandated by Congress to reduce the effect of heating costs on low income families and to cut energy consumption nationwide to help the environment.
WE PROVIDE THE WORK.
JobSource provides eligible households with work on their home which will reduce energy consumption. The families we help are often retired veterans, elderly residents on a fixed income, single parents, and disabled citizens. There are no fees for our services.

The demand for homes in need of weatherization FAR exceeds the funding we have available through the U.S. Department of Energy and the Low Income Household Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). We have the manpower and the know-how to process many more homes a year, we just need more funding to cover the costs of the repairs and improvements.
Would you like to make a contribution that would 100% go towards this worthy program? Every dollar you give will be doing double duty, helping low-income families and the environment at the same time.
